Viewing history

View the history of a route's status from the time you create it.

Procedure

  1. From the side navigation menu, select Planning > Routes.
  2. In the Routes application, search for an existing route and open it or create a new route.
    For more information, see Creating routes.
  3. From the More Actions menu, select View History.
    The Status History table displays the route history. When you create a route, the Status History table displays a single row. As you update the route status, all changes are recorded in the table.
  4. Click OK to close the View History dialog.
