Viewing service request details
To monitor the progress of your service requests and add information to them, you can view and update the requests using the View Service Requests application. The details you can view and modify include attachments, Web pages, solutions, and information in the Service Request communication log.
Procedure
- Display the record for which you want to display details.
- In the View Service Requests table window, open the service request.
- To add attachments, in the Attachments table window, either click Attach File or Attach Web Page. To view attachments, click the underlined record ID.
- To add information to the Service Request log, click Update Service Request and enter information in the Summary and Details fields.
