Selecting labor for activities on tickets

To record the labor resources assigned to each activity on a ticket, you can select labor for each activity and create a labor transaction.

Procedure

  1. Display the record that contains the activities for which you want to select labor.
  2. On the main tab of the application, in the Time Tracking table window, select the activity for which you want to select labor.
  3. Specify the details of the labor you are adding.
  4. Save the record.
