Adding activities to service requests
You add activities to service requests to specify the work needed to resolve the service request. These work activities are typically performed by another internal group or by a vendor, while overall management of the service request is maintained elsewhere.
Procedure
- In the Service Requests application, display the service request to which you want to add an activity.
- In the Time Tracking table window, click New Row.
- Select an activity work order.
- Save the record.
