Removing service level agreements from records

To maintain accurate records, it might be necessary to remove an invalid or erroneous service level agreement to disassociate it from the record.

Procedure

  1. Display the record for which you want to remove a service level agreement.
  2. Select theSelect/Deselect SLA action.
  3. Click Mark Row for Delete for each service level agreement that you want to remove from the record.
  4. Click OK.
  5. Save the record.
