Zero year to date hours associated with labor

In the Labor application, you use the Zero Year to Date Hours action to track the hours that associated with a labor record during a calendar or fiscal year.

The year to date values are updated each time labor hours are reported for the laborer in one of the following applications:

  • Activities tab of the Incidents application, Problems application, or Service Requests application
  • Actual Labor tab of the Activities application, Changes application, Releases application, or Work Order Tracking application
  • Labor tab of the Quick Reporting application
  • Labor Reporting application

Typically you would only use this option at the end of the fiscal year.
