Release purchase orders

In the Purchase Contracts application, you can create a release purchase order that has all the properties, information, and terms and conditions of an existing contract. The cost of each release purchase order is tracked against the maximum release amount listed on the contract.

You use the Create Release PO action to create a release purchase order. The release purchase order is created with the purchase order identifier and description that you specified. You can also indicate default charge values for the lines that you add to the release purchase order.
