Preventive maintenance alerts
Preventive maintenance alerts notify you of preventive maintenance work that is due for an asset. You can also be alerted about preventive maintenance that is due for a location. You can use preventive maintenance alerts to help reduce asset downtime and perform maintenance more regularly and efficiently.
Preventive maintenance alerts are triggered when either of the
following criteria are met:
- The system date is on or after the estimated next due date minus the number of days that is specified in the Alert Lead (Days) field.
- The current meter reading for the asset or location is greater than the next meter reading projection minus the number of units that is specified in the Alert Lead field.
