Deletion rules for role records

To help simply management of role records, you can delete role records as your business needs change.

Make sure that the role you want to delete is not being used with any of the following records or workflow elements:

• Communication templates
• Escalations
• Service level agreements
• Workflow negative connection lines
• Workflow positive connection lines
• Workflow Manual input nodes
• Workflow Task nodes
• Workflow Wait nodes
