Deletion rules for labor

To meet your changing business needs, you can delete labor records.

When you delete a labor record, the qualification associations and qualification history are deleted. If a labor record is listed on another record, instead of deleting the labor record, change the status to inactive.

You cannot delete a labor record if the record meets any of the following conditions:

• The labor ID is listed on a work plan or an assignment for a work order that is in any status except closed or canceled.
• The labor ID is listed as a labor transaction for work order that is in any status except closed or canceled
