Results

  • The Define Emergency Work action that you completed for schedules, proliferates to other scenarios for the schedules.
  • If Emergency Recommendations is set to on and if the project does not have a scenario that is Dispatching Dashboard Ready, you cannot create a cron. To fix the issue, you must use the actions Prepare for Dashboard and Manage Scenarios.
  • Preview emergency work that matches your query in the Emergency Work Orders table. You can see the assignments that are made.

If Automatically Assign is set to off and Emergency Recommendations is set to off, the Emergency Work Resource Availability window opens. From the list, select the resource that you want to assign the work to. For queries set to run in the future, email notifications are sent. You can also see a list of new emergency work by clicking View Available Resources for Emergency Work Orders on the Scheduler toolbar.

If emergency work is added to a work list, then your map service provider recalculates the travel time.
