Actuals on work orders

As work progresses on the work order, you can report the actual labor hours, materials, services, and tools used.

Actual labor hours for work orders
To track the actual labor hours that were required to complete the work, you use the Labor subtab on the Actuals tab in the Work Order Tracking application.
Actual material use for work orders
To track the actual quantities, locations, and costs for items used on an approved work order you use the Materials subtab on the Actuals tab in the Work Order Tracking application. You can copy data from an existing plan, modify this data to reflect actual events, or insert new data.
Actual tool use for work orders
To track the actual quantities, hours, and rates for tools used on an approved work order, you use the Tools subtab on the Actuals tab in the Work Order Tracking application.
Costs on tickets and work orders
You can view the estimated and actual costs for a single work order or ticket, including costs for labor, material, tools, and services. You can also view total costs for the current record and all the records within its hierarchy.
