Bookmarks

If you frequently view the same records, you can save time by creating bookmarks. You click a bookmark to be taken directly to a record.

There are two ways to add a record to your list of bookmarks. You can click the Add to bookmarks icon from the list tab or you can use the menu item.

The bookmarks you create are saved in My Bookmarks which you can access from the Search toolbar of the list tab. When you delete a bookmark, it is only removed after you close My Bookmarks. Deleting a bookmark does not delete the corresponding record.

Each application has separate bookmarks, for example, work orders bookmarked in Work Order Tracking are not bookmarked in Quick Reporting.
