Quick Reporting

You use the Quick Reporting application to plan, to review, and to approve work orders for assets and locations. When you create a work order, you initiate the maintenance process and create a historical record of the work being performed.

You use the Quick Reporting application to perform the following additional functions:

  • Create work orders, view work orders, and modify work orders.
  • View preventive maintenance and scheduling information.
  • See which job plan and safety plan are applied.
  • Report actual labor, materials, and tool use.
  • View and enter failure information.
  • View the originating work order for a follow-up work order.
