Configuring a shared mobile device

In environments with limited mobile devices, multiple users might need to access Maximo Mobile on the same device.

Procedure

  1. Open the Maximo Mobile App and navigate to server address.
  2. Navigate to the container setting page. and select Container settings.
  3. Select the Shared device option.
    If you select this option, users are able to log into the device in offline mode. However, users must be in online mode to use the shared device.
    When you select the Shared device option, Biometric authentication is automatically disabled.
