Calibration in Maximo Mobile

Starting in IBM® Maximo® Mobile 9.0, technicians can view, record, and validate calibration data to complete calibration work orders. Calibration work orders support online and offline data entry.

Calibration is automatically enabled in calibration work orders. A calibration work order is designated by an asset or location that is marked as Calibration. Technicians receive the calibration work orders in the same way as other types of work orders.

  • Technicians can see the calibration touchpoint within the asset information and the required details.
  • The technician is able to enter as-found and as-left measurements and validate them against the tolerance limits.
  • When the required details are completed, the technician can complete the work order and enter the details for tools, hours, and certification sign off.
