Planning module
You use the applications in the Planning module to plan
how work should be performed, such as creating job plans that outline
the steps that must be performed for each type of job.
Job Plans
You use the Job Plans application to manage job plan records. A job plan is a detailed description of work that is performed for a work order.
Resource Levels Management
In the Resource Levels Management application, you can create threshold levels that are used to calculate resources for dynamic job plans.
Routes
Routes simplify the creation of hierarchies of work orders for inspections. A route is a list of related assets, locations, or both. The assets and locations are considered stops along the route.
Safety
You use the applications in the Safety module (within the Planning module) to inform workers of potential dangers in their work environment and to provide information to protect workers from those dangers. The hazards, precautions, and procedures that you define in these applications can apply to assets, work locations, or both. You associate the records that you create in these applications with Asset, Location, PM (Preventive Maintenance), and Work Order records.
Inspection Forms
In the Inspection Forms application, you create inspection forms by adding questions and defining responses. The inspection forms that you create are then available to inspectors in the Inspections application.
