Specifying the status of associated PM work orders

On a master preventive maintenance (PM) record, you can specify the status of all work orders that the system generates from the associated PMs.

Procedure

  1. On the Master PM tab of the Master PM application, display the master PM record.
  2. In the Work Order Status field, specify a value.
    If the item on the PM belongs to an item set, then the Select Value list contains only those statuses that are available in all organizations that share that item set.
  3. Save the record.
