Specifying the status of associated PM work orders
On a master preventive maintenance (PM) record, you can specify the status of all work orders that the system generates from the associated PMs.
Procedure
- On the Master PM tab of the Master PM application, display the master PM record.
- In the Work Order Status field,
specify a value. If the item on the PM belongs to an item set, then the Select Value list contains only those statuses that are available in all organizations that share that item set.
- Save the record.
