Defining when work orders are generated

You can specify on which days of the week a master preventive maintenance (PM) record is active. Work orders are generated from associated PMs only on the specified active days.

1. In the Master PM application, display the master PM record that you want to define active days for.
2. Click the Seasonal Dates tab.
3. In the Active Days section, select the check boxes for each day that you want the associated PMs to generate work orders. To keep the associated PMs from generating work orders on a certain day, clear the check box for that day.
4. Save the record.
