Copying service items

You can use the Duplicate Service Item action to create a copy of an existing service item. Once you copy a service item, you can then change it as needed.

1. In the Service Items application, display the service item that you want to copy.
2. Click the Service tab.
3. Select the Duplicate Service Item action to copy the service item.
