Associating tag out procedures with hazards

Associate a tag out procedure with a hazard to ensure that workers take appropriate action when they encounter a safety plan that contains the hazard.

1. In the Assets application or the Locations application, display the work asset or location that you want to associate the hazard with.
2. On the Safety tab, select the Lock Out/Tag Out sub tab.
3. In the Hazards table window, click New Row.
4. In the Hazard field, specify the hazard.
5. In the Tag Out Procedures table window, click New Row.
6. In the Tag Out field, specify the tag out procedure.
   The lockout operations appear in the Lock Out Operations table window.
7. Depending on the application that you are using, click Save Asset or Save Location.
