Deletion rules for services and service groups

As your business needs change, you can delete services and service groups.

To delete a service group, use the Delete Service Group action in the Service Groups application. To delete a service, use the Mark Row for Delete function.

You can delete a service group that is referenced by another record, such as ticket or work order, and the service reference remains on that record. Before you can delete a service group, you must delete the services in that group.
