Administering users in Maximo Application Suite

Create, edit, and view user details by using the Users application in the Maximo® Application Suite user interface for new and upgraded users. You can also configure authentication methods for users in Maximo Application Suite.

Users are created and managed at the suite-level and are made available for application-level access with application-specific role assignments such as administrator or user. An application administrator can set detailed application privileges in Maximo Manage. You can add users to Maximo Application Suite by creating a record per user or by creating multiple user records simultaneously. For more information, see Administering users and user access.
