Specifying values
In addition to typing a value in a field, you can select single or multiple values, or you can go to other applications to retrieve values.
You perform the following actions to select values:
You can define data as the default in any table that has a
default data section. Values you enter as default table data are used
as field defaults when you insert new rows into the table.

Find a value in another application |
