Adding schedules to the Scheduling dashboard
In order for schedules to appear on the Scheduling dashboard, they must be prepared for the dashboard in the Graphical Scheduling application. You can choose which schedules appear on the dashboard by creating a schedule scenario and preparing it for the dashboard.

On the Scheduling dashboard, click Prepare
Schedules. The Graphical Scheduling application opens.
- In Graphical Scheduling, open the schedule that you want to include on the Scheduling dashboard.
- Create a scenario for the schedule, if one does not exist. From the
Actions menu, select Create Scenario and choose which
kind of scenario you want to create. If you want to use an existing scenario instead, open the scenario in Graphical Scheduling.
- From the Actions menu, select Prepare for Dashboard.
- In the Prepare Schedule for Dashboard window, select the scenario that you want to appear on the dashboard. If you want to apply a template, click Select Template and choose a template from the list.
- Click OK.
The schedule scenario now appears on the Scheduling dashboard.
- To add more schedules to the dashboard, in the My schedules table,
click Add schedules. The Graphical Scheduling application opens, where you can prepare more schedules for the dashboard.
