You can also associate labor and crafts with labor rate contracts,
and can create terms.
Creating labor rate contracts
When you create a labor rate contract, you can specify labor rates for crafts, skills, and, labor. You also can manage outside labor and their rates.
Creating labor rate schedules
In the Labor Rate Contracts application, you create labor rate schedules to manage the crafts and skills of the people in a vendor contract. You also retain the information associated with a labor rate contract, and reference the rates when specific crafts, skills, or individual laborers are planned for work.
Creating payment schedules for leased and rented assets
A payment schedule is a series of scheduled payments to be made on a leased or rented asset. You can schedule payments to occur weekly, monthly, or on certain days or dates.
Associating labor with labor rate contracts
To manage labor that you use in your organization, you can associate labor with labor rate contracts.
Creating terms
You can create terms and conditions that can later be associated with a contract or purchasing record. Terms and conditions can contain information such as: liability concerns, shipping and handling details, and delivery time expectations.
Applying service level agreements to records
You can apply a service level agreement (SLA) to a record to define the agreement and formal commitments between a service provider and a customer. The agreement documents the service to be provided or received, the agreed upon service levels for the service, and the means of measuring or quantifying the level of service.
Adjusting prices on contracts
You can apply a price adjustment to a contract record to change the prices of its line items. You can increase or decrease prices based on a percentage value.
Revising contracts
You can create a revised version of a contract. You can also create multiple revisions of a contract.
