Revising contracts
You can create a revised version of a contract. You can also create multiple revisions of a contract.

Procedure
- In a contract application, display the contract you want to revise.
- Select the Revise Contract action.
- Type a description.
- Optional: Fill in additional fields as needed. An asterisk (*) indicates a required field.
- Click OK. A new version of the contract with a status of pending revision (PNDREV) is created. Note that the original version of the contract remains in the APPR (Approved) status and is still valid while you are completing the revision.
- Make the required changes to the revised version of the contract.
- Change the status of the revised contract to APPR (Approved) to make it active. This action also changes the status of the originating contract to REVISED.
- Click Save Contract.
