Associating locations with warranty contracts

To manage your warranty contracts, you can associate specific locations with warranty contracts.

Before you begin

To associate locations with a warranty contract, that contract must be approved.

1. In the Warranty Contracts application, select the contract with which you want to associate locations.
2. Click the Associated Assets tab.
3. Click Select Locations.
4. Select the locations that you want to associate with the contract.
5. Click OK.
6. For each location that you selected, complete the following steps:
   1. In the Assets/Locations table window, select the location.
   2. In the Contract Lines table window, specify a start date.
   3. Optional: In the Meters table window, update the meter information.
7. Save your changes.
