Work Execution Work Center
As a maintenance technician, you can use the Work Execution Work Center on a computer or mobile device to manage work orders that you own.
Before you can access the Work Execution Work Center, an administrator must add you to the security group template for the Work Center. Security group templates are provided to enable access to work centers and tools and tasks.
The Work Execution Work Center organizes your work orders and displays them on tabs that are based on due dates: Overdue, Today, Tomorrow, Next 3-5 Days, Completed, and All.
Each work order card displays the most essential information about the work. Select a card to open a work order. When you open a work order, several tabs organize the tasks that are needed to review and manage the work order: Details, Inspections, Plans, Comments, and Attachments. Each tab displays the tiles and action features that help you complete your work.
When you select Start on a card to begin work, the work order's status changes to in progress, and the timer tracks the time that you spend resolving the issue. You can stop and restart the timer if needed.
