Using AI recommendations in work orders

As a Maintenance Manager, you can create a work order and edit it to apply AI recommendations to the Problem code field.

1. In the Work orders application, click Create work order.
2. Specify a description for the work order.
   Provide as much detail in the description as possible.
3. Required: Specify a failure class for the work order.
4. Save the work order.
5. Edit the work order to view the AI recommendations in the Problem code field.
   Important: The confidence score displayed below the Problem code field is an indicator of the accuracy of the AI recommendation. Specify as much information as possible in the description for the work order to get a better confidence score. If the AI recommendation for Problem code field displays a low confidence score, update the description of the work order with more details and save it.
6. In the Problem code field, click Regenerate to regenerate the AI recommendations.
