Custom views
A view is a subset of information that can be displayed by applying filters or sorting. When you open the Work orders page, the unique mix of columns, filters, and search terms that you see is a view. If you change this configuration, such as by selecting different columns or entering search or filter criteria, you can save it as a custom view. You can then return to that configuration with one click, without having to manually change your settings every time.
You can create custom views for yourself or your organization. To create a custom view, change the Work orders page to the configuration that you want to save and then in the View list, click Save as new view.
Views can be public or private. Public views are visible to everyone in your organization, but private views are visible only on your account. To create a public view, click the Public view checkbox. To create a private view, clear the Public view checkbox.
You can also manage and delete views after they are created. To change the name of a view, select or remove it as your default view, change whether a view is public or private, or delete a view, in the View list, click Manage views. To save changes to an existing view without creating a new view, in the View list, click Save changes.
