Log management
You can create and manage log files that contain informational, warning, or error
messages about various application activities. You also can view log data about for the
Maximo® Manage server bundles and for processes that are handled by the
administrative server.
Log output locations
In Maximo Manage , output logs from administrative server processes or from the server bundles are directed to standard output (STDOUT) in Red Hat® OpenShift® . They also can be sent or redirected to a Simple Storage Service (S3) Cloud Object Storage location that you provision.
Sending log output to S3 Cloud Object Storage
You can send server bundle logs for Maximo Manage to Simple Storage Service (S3) Cloud Object Storage. You also can redirect logs from the administrative server to S3 Cloud Object Storage.
