At receipt, the hourly rate is CAD3.00 = USD0.50.
If no exchange rate change occurs, the hourly rate at invoice approval is CAD3.30 = USD0.55. However, the exchange rate changed to CAD5.00 per USD1.00. Therefore, at invoice approval, the hourly rate is CAD3.30 = USD0.66.
