Associating data sheets to a work asset on a job plan

You can associate one or more data sheets with a work asset of a calibration job plan. Information from the data sheets is used to analyze data and evaluate asset performance.

About this task

When a job plan is attached to a work order and has the same primary asset as the work order, then the data sheet is also attached to the work order.

Job plans are not updated when data sheets are revised. Only approved data sheets are attached to a Work Order.

Procedure

  1. In the Job Plan application, select the job plan to attach the data sheet to.
  2. On the Work Assets tab, insert a new row in the Data Sheets table window and specify a data sheet.
  3. Save the job plan.
