Email variables in email interaction
You use existing communication templates for email interaction. If you choose to create your own communication templates, you must specify variables. All the communication templates except for confirmation and error notification must contain the variables.
The Subject field of the communication templates must contain the @@MAILKEY@@ variable. The following table shows the variables that you must include in the body of the communication templates for email interaction. You can also include some optional variables to instruct users how to reply to an email or to list the tasks in a work order.
