Managing downtime history
You use the Assets application to view and to modify information about the downtime that has been reported against an asset. For example, if a downtime period extends beyond the planned end date that was recorded, you can change the end date.
Procedure
- From the Assets application, display the asset record for which you want to manage downtime history.
- Select the Manage Downtime History action.
- In the Details window, select the row for the downtime whose details you want to view, and modify information as needed.
- Click OK and click Save Asset.
