Managing downtime history

You use the Assets application to view and to modify information about the downtime that has been reported against an asset. For example, if a downtime period extends beyond the planned end date that was recorded, you can change the end date.

Procedure

  1. From the Assets application, display the asset record for which you want to manage downtime history.
  2. Select the Manage Downtime History action.
  3. In the Details window, select the row for the downtime whose details you want to view, and modify information as needed.
  4. Click OK and click Save Asset.
