In the graphical view of the Graphical Scheduling application, select the row in the activity
table that you want to view details for.

Click the Show / Hide Compliance toolbar button.
In the activity chart, the graphical view shows an orange segment that represents the target
time span for the work. The graphical view shows a light green bar representing actuals.
- From the activity table, right-click on the work record
and navigate to the application that the work record originated in.
For example, for a work order, select Go To Work
Order Tracking.
- View the details of the work record, including the owner,
priority, supervisor, and actual labor hours.
- Return to the Graphical Scheduling application. In the
activity table, right-click on the work record and take the following
actions.
- Select Owner: Select an owner for the
work record that you can follow up with later.
- Initiate Workflow: Set a workflow process
in motion to notify management of the delay.
- Create Communication: Send an email
to the labor or crew resource responsible for their work, or to their
manager, alerting them to the problem.
