Reporting actuals for activities and tasks

As work progresses on an approved activity or task, you can report the actual labor hours, materials, services, and tools used.

Procedure

  1. Display the activity or task for which you want to report actuals.
  2. Make one of the following selections:
    Option Description
    If the record is an activity Click the Plans tab.
    If the record is a task Click the Resources tab, then click the Plans sub tab.
  3. Enter the details for the actuals on the following subtabs:
    Option Description
    Labor Report hours for labor, copy labor from the work plan, or select planned labor.
    Materials Select materials, select reserved items, and select spare parts.
    Services Select services or standard services.
    Tools Select tools, copy tool data from the work plan, or select tools that were issued.
  4. Save the record.
