Sending a survey manually

You can send a survey to a particular user or to a group of users manually when you want user feedback.

About this task

A survey must be created and in ACTIVE status to send it.

To send a survey manually, complete the following steps:

Procedure

  1. Open the Surveys application (Open Menu > Administration > Survey Management > Surveys).
  2. Click the List tab or press the Enter key.
  3. Open the survey to be sent by clicking the Survey ID.
  4. Choose the Send Survey action from More Actions list.
  5. Select a communication Template. This will fill in certain fields with per-determined values.
  6. Enter e-mail addresses in the To, cc, bcc, and Reply To fields, as needed, for who you want the survey to be sent to.
  7. Complete the Subject and Message fields.
  8. Click Send.
