Service Support Details
The Service Support details page requires the details regarding support person and/or support groups for a particular service. The fields on this page are not mandatory and the user can jump to the next page if these details are not required.
Following fields are present for the Service Support Details page:
- Supported by: You can use the Select value icon to select a
name for Supported by or a Supported by Group.Note: Here, the last selected value will be accepted.
- Support information: Enter the description for the support person or group chosen for the service (Character limit: 100).
