Prerequisite tasks

After initial deployment and configuration of Maximo IT, certain tasks need to be completed before beginning license management functions. Some of these tasks are recurring – and will be noted as such – but all should be performed initially in order to ensure accurate and effective license management. (In large scale deployments, some or all of these tasks may span several separate departments; the License Manager would have to communicate and coordinate with these departments to ensure their successful completion)
