Recent updates

This Widget in Service Insights displays current updates made to Incidents related to the particular service or its components.

The service administrator can monitor the latest activity performed for a particular Incident including status change and the date and time when the update is made or if any comments are added. This helps administrators get a quick view of the incidents and related updates to make decisions faster. The following information is displayed in the Recent Updates section:
  • Incident ID
  • Description
  • Severity
  • Date and Time
  • Latest Activity
  • Comment

User can view the Incident details by clicking on the Incident ID number.
