Problems

This section shows the number of open problems or known errors related to a specific service or its components.

When the user clicks on the Problems count, a pop-up window shows a tabular view of Problems that are raised related to the service. The table lists the following details for Problems.
  • Problem ID: The identification number of the Problem.
  • Owner Group: The Owner group for respective Problems.
  • Status: The status of the raised Problem. (New, QUEUED, INPROG, PENDING).
  • Description: A brief description of the Problem.
