Troubleshooting integration problems
Troubleshooting is a systematic approach to solving problems that you encounter when you
use the integration. The troubleshooting approach is to determine why something does not work as
expected and specify how to resolve the problem.
Database field lengths must be increased
If a digital data import fails because the length of a Manage field that is specified in an integration mapping is too small, a database administrator must increase the field length in Maximo Manage.
Authentication to the digital data server fails
If a digital data import fails because a connection request to the Digital Twin Exchange server cannot be authenticated, you might need to update the connection parameter values or verify that a secure socket layer (SSL) certificate for Digital Twin Exchange is configured correctly.
Digital data cannot be retrieved from the digital data server
If asset-related or job-plan-related data cannot be retrieved from Digital Twin Exchange during an import, the Digital Twin Exchange APIs might not be available.
