When you submit a process request, the date and time of
the submission are displayed in the Reported Date field.
As a process request moves through acceptance, completion, and closure,
you can monitor the updates that are made to the request.
About this task
To view a list of updates that have been made to a process
request, perform the following steps:
Procedure
- Open the Process Requests application.
- Open the process request for which you want to view an
update history.
- From the Select Action menu, select View History.
The View History dialog is displayed. The Status History
section provides a list of all of the updates that have been made
to the request. For each update, the status is displayed, along with
the date and time on which the update was made; the user ID of the
user who made the update; and any notes that were added when the update
was made. The Ownership History section lists the owners and owner
groups of the process request, along with the dates of ownership and
the user ID of the user who changed the owner or owner group.
