Service request status values
In addition to the standard Service Request statuses (Closed, In progress), the following status values are available when a service request is created by the Service Catalog:
- DRAFT – Request has not been submitted
- APPLM – Approved by Line Manager
- APPFM – Approved by Fulfillment Manager
- APPR – Approval Processing Complete
