Searching for a service

Administrators can use the search functionality to search for a particular service from the list of saved services. The search functionality is available for Grid view of available services.

The Service View user interface comes with a Search bar. User can enter the text for the service and search for it from the list. Additionally, a drop-down menu is provided along with the search bar. User must select a parameter for searching from the given list and the search will be done for the selected specification. The drop-down contains the following search parameters.
  • Service name
  • Description
  • Owned by
  • Service provision
  • Status
In case the search parameter is unspecified, the search results contain records closest to the keyword entered.
