Adding a bookmark

You can bookmark a record so that you can quickly locate it later using the My Bookmarks dialog box.

Procedure

  1. Display the record that you want to bookmark.
  2. From the Select Action menu, select  Add to Bookmarks. The system adds the record to the My Bookmarks dialog box.
    Note: To open the My Bookmarks dialog box, click Bookmarks on the List tab.

Procedure

From the List tab, click Add to Bookmarks in the table window row of the record that you want to bookmark. The system adds the record to the My Bookmarks dialog box.
