Configuring Grafana dashboards

Maximo® Manage includes a monitoring agent that collects statistics about application usage and performance. Administrators can configure the Prometheus monitoring service and then use Grafana visualization software to view usage data that the agent collects.

To configure the monitoring dashboard, complete the following tasks:

1. Configure a Red Hat® OpenShift® monitoring service.
2. Configure the PodMonitor custom resource for the Maximo Manage application to monitor pods.
3. Verify the IBM® Maximo Monitor data.
4. Configure Grafana.
5. Load the Maximo Manage dashboards into Grafana.
