Configuration prerequisites

The Workflow Designer application requires a Java™ Virtual Machine (JVM) on the client workstation. If you do not have a JVM installed, the product cannot display the Workflow canvas.

To design and create workflow processes, you must be familiar with the following tools, processes, and concepts:

• The business processes for the enterprise
• Product applications
• Object structures and data relationships
• Structured query language (SQL) statements and syntax
